Domestic Shipping Policy - **Alston Automotive do not ship internationally**
Shipment processing time
All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
Shipping rates & delivery (Estimates)
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout or sent via email (depending on method of payment).

Shipment to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses
Alston Automotive ships to addresses within the U.S., U.S. Territories, and P.O. Boxes addresses only.
Shipment confirmation & Order tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Shipping Price, Customs, Duties and Taxes
Alston Automotive is not responsible for any shipping prices, customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Alston Automotive is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
Return & Exchange Policy
All sales are final. We accept returns for store credit or exchange, if there is a situation where your product was received incorrectly (damaged, wrong items, etc.).
Refunds and Exchanges
To be eligible for a refund or exchange, you must first email us within 30 days of receiving the products at email@example.com to alert us of the damage, then return the damaged item to us. Upon receipt of the damaged item, we will ship out a replacement, if available. If a replacement is not available, we will provide store credit in the full purchase price of your item. After 30 days you are no longer able to be accommodated for returns.
Non-returnable items: Store Credit Only!!
**To complete your return, we also require a receipt or proof of purchase**.
There are certain situations where only partial credit are granted: (if applicable)
-Accessory, Deco or Clothing products that has been opened or tampered with.
-Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
